Project Description

A site worth waiting for…

This project was a complete new build and demolishment of an existing 2 bedroom cottage. The new property was a 4 bedroom family home constructed of timber frame and brick skin. We took this property from outline planning to completion within 6 months. The large gable windows at the back and front allows the house to take advantage of the splended views of Beeston Castle. The house consists of underfloor heating, bi-fold doors to the rear to open up the kitchen onto the patio area, modern kitchen with granite tops, belfast sink and applications to include induction oven, steamer and american fridge/freezer.

The aim of the open plan kitchen was to enable a large entertaining area. We created a pantry to store most of the food and beverages. The specification of this property has been done to a high standard and is worth a view if you would like to see evidence of our work. Please contact us for more details. The brickwork was designed to create a twist of tradition even though it was a new build. We included a band of detailing in the brickwork around the house, above the bi-folds and at the top of the side eves of the property. Other features have been used throughout the house such as the open brick fire place, oak gallery staircase, vaulted ceilings. The home consists of wiring for sound systems and sky throughout and more…
